Gram for from gram which is tougher a tigger barb or a serpae tetra?

i would like to know which is more aggressive and which has btter features if they were to compete in the wild. know they are from two different habitats but if tiger barbs were found in the Amazon would they be a threat to serpaes or even in the aquarium please give me a godd well explained answer and 10 points will be yours.
