Is it okay to take M XXX as a 15 year old and when should i take it?
please leave me an answer that has actual statistic evidence or personal experience.i am 5'8 almost 5'9 and am around 137 pounds and hoping to gain weight so i can play running back or strong safety next year on varsity. i work out every day at out school gym with my best friend and we are lifting hard working up from 95X12 115X10 135X10 then 155X1 bench press then doing close grip and wide grip...then into isolation free weights for triceps and chest and alternating from upper body to lower body every other day. i also attend a combat fitness course twice a week for a rigorous and tiresome routine from punching bags to sprints to crunches for an hour straight. the only days i have off are the weekends to recover. so im obviously very active now im just wondering when to take it, ive heard its best after a workout but also good in the morning and night...but i have also heard that it could ruin my system since i am going through puberty and i know for a fact that creatine ruins your kidneys, but m xxx is made of whey and that is completely natural so help me out please. thanks
