Why do Democrats ALWAYS fail to conduct investigations when they are needed?

investigations arent needed when a democrat is accused. democrats arent held to a level of accountability.(D) barney franks lover ran a prostitution ring out of (D)rep.barney franks apartment. (D)representative barney frank is still a (D)representative. no need to investigate that. at least he is "open" about it.----------- to respond to mr stiggo, exactly, so, what good was the investigation? what the heck is a reprimand? what did the investigation or the reprimand change? why was time and money wasted on either? since he was a democrat, they should have looked the other way or patted him on the back or something and saved us the tax dollars and the time of our elected officials.
