Why so many polish people here and they get jobs when we cant?

I understand people from other countries want to move away, but what right do they have to benefits etc and jobs when we dont, Im not racist but it just annoys me. We are in recession right now. I know the majority of Polish people take any job which we might not ,but we live here and have rights to declline if it would perhaps undermine us. I know most of them dont work and get every benefit available, Im Scottish and been told Im not fit for work but not allowed any benefits. Where is the logic..
