Sodium causes high blood pressure if you have too much, carbohydrates turn to sugar which is bad for sugar diabetes. Fiber is good for you and helps you eliminate waste and good for your colon. Protein is what is in meat. Rice is better for you than noodles, which basically are carbohydrates which turn to sugar. Just try to eat a balanced diet and you will not get fat, such as lean meats, vegetables, salad, 12-grain bread, and fruits.
