Is it normal to have chronic pain in ur back while having bronchitis?

iv been coughing for about 2 weeks s0o hard and iv already seen the doctor and he gave me Celebrex for the pain, but it didnt seem to work and i stopped taking them cos i looked them up and they seem to do more bad then good also it said its for arthritis? anyways my mid back under my ribs hurt s0o0o bad evrytime i cough or sneeze or even get up from bed or move around too much, i get deep pain in my back is this normal for bronchitis? iv been coughing s0o hard for like 2 weeks now i already told the doctor but he doesnt seem to be very informational since i am currently in a non-english speaking country.
