I can't decide if i am going to use one way or two way anova for our experimental psych. please help!?

We prepared food samples. What we did was, first have a first batch of people use their sense of smell to identify the food sample. Second, there was a another batch of people use their sense of taste to identify the food samples (we ask them to pinch their noses so they would not smell the food samples). lastly, there was this last batch of people that used both their sense of taste and smell. so what would be the statistical treatment for this experiment? also, what is the independent and dependent variables?
